Selama tiga hari ni, di belakang rumah kami,

Ada syarikat yang mau beli pokok pokok jati kami.Di belakang rumah kami ada ditanam pokok jati.

Sejak hari jumaat petang tu, BISING betul diorang tebang pokok utk buat perabot. Hanis ni mana reti, so Hanis tengok jak laaa...tp sejak hari jumaat tiada pokok tu. PANAS DUNIA ! huh.. (sabar sabar) ehem~ ok. kita sambung balik.tadi masa diorang tumbangkan pokok dekat dengan tiang eletrik (entah tiang apa ke bende)Sudah habis menyinsoo ( Potong pokok hehe bahasa kami la kan) tiba2 ~~ehem macam cerita bdk2 la pulak~~ kren apa ke bende tu, jentera berat menolak ke depan tu pokok . lepas tu poko tu terpusing dan terlepas ehe terus dia tumbang pegi siring ...OPSSS! sikit terkena tiang sekoli tinguk dahan dahan pokok tu kena di kerete orang sebelah..angin punya pasal lah ni ..cilaka.. nasib baik tiang tu tak tumbang dengan pokok2 tu sekali..hehehehe... menggigil tu tiang kekekekekek....

My favourite Idol: Wakeshima Kanon (Japan)

One of my favourite Idol from Japan. Kanon Wakeshima (Wakehima Kanon) is a Japanese singer and musician (Cellist)

I found her through Vampire Knight ending song ( Still doll ) and (Suna no Oshiro).She is a very talented Cellist. She sings while playing the cello. She gives each of her cello a name.The white cello is "Mikazuki-san" which means "cresent moon" she usually used it while performing.The red on is "Nanachie-san" which means "wisdom".She usually used it in her music video. According to Wakeshima, "Nanachie-san" is very hard to play but she manage to play it. The brown one is very special to Wakeshima because she has had since middle school and she used it to record and practice with is "Yeaharu-san" which means "Multi-layered Spring". She has also has a new silver cello named "Momotose"
Her first Album is Shishoku Dolce, was released in2009. and her second album "Lolitawork Libreto: Shoujo Jikake no Libreto", was released in 2010. in this album, she collaborate with a french singer Solita.
AS KANONXKANON
She collaborates with An Cafe's Basis, Kanon-san. The group sang the second theme song for Shiki .
"Calendula Requiem ". And their new song for 30-sai no Hoken Taiku ending song "Koi no Doutei". Their new single released in 2011.
Wakeshima usually dressed as Lolita Fashion.

I really wanted to learn how to play the cello and be as good as Kanon Wakeshima.

Kampung Suangpai adalah sebuah kampung di Daerah Kudat, Sabah. Penduduk kampung ini kebanyakannya adalah dari suku kaum Rungus. Kampung ini terletak tak jauh dari Tanjung Simpang Mengayau, yang juga dikenali sebagai The Tip Of Borneo dalam peta pelancongan negeri Sabah. Kedudukannya yang paling hujung sebelah utara pulau Borneo menjadikannya sebagai destinasi pelancongan yang terkenal di Sabah. Tebing tinggi dan pantai yang putih bersih menggamit pelancong dalam dan luar negeri.

Depan pintu sebuah gua kecil di Tanjung Simpang Mengayau. Tak ramai yang tahu tentang kewujudan gua ni.

Sebenarnya cuma sebuah gua kecil yang terbentul oleh hakisan ombak, tetapi konon ceritanya, di sinilah berlaku kejadian potong kepala suatu masa dahulu. Sampang Mangazou membawa maksud potong kepala dalam bahasa Rungus. Info selanjutnya sila baca sini.

I’ve conducted over 100 food storage evaluations over the last year and a half, and while there are a myriad of issues and common errors that many make, one thing that concerns me the most is a lack of emphasis on the storage of fruits and vegetables. These items are critical in fulfilling the body’s need for fiber, vitamins and minerals. The best weapon you can have in an emergency is your health and fruits and veggies are a key to providing this. A focus on fruits and veggies has a great deal of lifesaving merit.

Given that many of us utilize fresh or frozen produce, we tend to overlook the need for canned or freeze dried sources to meet those nutritional needs in the event of an emergency. We’re constantly pummeled with “wheat and water” admonitions for food storage, but we rarely hear the need to be mindful of fruits and veggies. So how many servings do you need and in what form should you store it? Given the variety of emergencies that can affect us, relying solely on a small garden or what’s in our freezer to provide us with this vital nutrition is not a good game plan. You really can’t afford to have this vital source of nutrition off of your radar. You simply must focus on having 3 servings a day of fruits and veggies, especially during an emergency.

I’m a big fan of freeze dried fruits and veggies. In number ten cans, quality freeze-dried produce will last 20 to 30 years. Even better, if you are able to get it on sale, it needn’t be something that you obtain just for emergencies. For example, I regularly acquire freeze dried spinach and diced red and green peppers. When I’m making an omelet, I take a couple of spoonfuls of spinach and mix it in. Not only have I saved myself time by not cleaning and cutting the veggies, but this way I know that I won’t have to throw veggies out later. When I’m making a spaghetti sauce or a casserole, I simply add a dash of my peppers for flavor. This is actually a LOT less expensive than if I were to go to the store, pay for the produce, clean it, dice it, and then hope that I’ve got more uses for the remainder before it goes bad. The same holds true for fruits. In fact, I regularly find myself munching on the fruits out of the can without even the need to reconstitute them. They are a delightful snack this way. Freeze-dried pineapple, blueberries, apples and strawberries are yummy! And they are much easier on your blood sugar than the sweets you will inevitably crave in an emergency.

Understand that there’s a big difference between freeze-dried and dehydrated foods. Dehydrated fruits and veggies lose the majority of their nutritional value, not to mention that they don’t always taste the best. Whereas freeze-dried produce keeps 90% of its nutritional value, and with an easy bit of reconstituting can be indiscernible from fresh produce in your dishes. In my opinion the taste of freeze-dried goods are just as good, if not better than the real thing. It’s almost like the freeze-drying process compounds the flavors.

Next, canned fruits and veggies. I don’t mind canned fruits, but personally, I’m not a big fan of some veggies from the can. I love fresh produce and the canned goods just don’t cut it for me. That said, I’ve learned to live with them in a casserole or when mixed in with something else. But I’m also mindful that in an emergency, the nutritional value is critical for those not-so-green goodies in the can. Obviously, taking on the lost art of canning is a GREAT idea. Chances are that the canners your grandmothers used still work perfectly today, but other canners have progressed significantly in our time that provide more safety features. Plus, Mason jars and lids are very, very affordable. Learning how to can allows you the luxury of making the most of a great sale on produce! There’s very little that you can’t can and put away for a rainy day. It’s not nearly as time-consuming as you may remember as a child thanks to the advance technology available. Consider that you can also can fruits and veggies in a solar oven without heating up your kitchen or being fearful of the hissing that your canner makes. I’ve even known women in Arizona and Texas who have canned their produce simply by putting it in jars out on their hot patio. Now how easy is that!?

Lastly, sprouting. Yes, wheat is a starch, but when you sprout it (as well as other grains and legumes) it becomes a high quality fresh vegetable! Consider also that in the event of an emergency, water will be a highly valuable commodity so using large amounts of water to preserve your vegetable garden may not be realistic. However, sprouting is very easy to do, indoors or out, and it requires a minimal amount of water. Most sprouted items increase in nutritional value by over 500%! So while you’re storing up your wheat, be sure to consider the supplies necessary to sprout your wheat into a good supply of vegetable source as well. When your wheat does sprout, it’s also a great indicator that your wheat is in fine condition for consumption. If it doesn’t sprout, it means that it’s lost a lot of its nutrients during storage. While it can still be used for flatbreads and such, it’s not going to do much more than fill you up when you’re hungry.

Word to the wise: don’t forget to store your fruits and veggies!

Once Upon A Time . . .

There was a young woman who was carrying her seventh child and home schooled her other children, the oldest being 11. She went to a home school convention and saw the most incredible product; it was so amazing to her that she revisited the booth several times, dragging her friends and husband to see it. In the end she asked, “Can I take this back to Idaho and sell enough that I can purchase what I want?” And that is what she did.

What the woman didn’t realize, was that this would be the beginning of a huge blessing in her life. She took the product home and started showing her friends. Many of them saw what she saw and wanted to share it with her. At the urging of her good husband, the woman decided she would start a business selling the product and offering the opportunity to others who, like her, could always use the extra income.

As the business grew, they found they needed a larger space than their bedroom and garage! When they decided to move to Utah, their home sold immediately. Looking for a place to house their family and business in Utah was a miracle as well. They were able to find an empty warehouse located right behind a new subdivision where they could build their new home and still be very close to the office. It was perfect with the same set up that they had dreamed and planned for.

The move took place in 1992. Since then, Lori and Dale have worked together to bring the product to the world and the opportunity to women to supplement their income. Although the business was started with a love for the product, that love has expanded and grown for the women they serve. With each new person that joins Story Time Felts, they feel renewed and blessed.

Tammy has her site Learning Felt where she actively sells these learning play sets. These felt play sets are great for children of all ages to play with and are especially great for children on the Autism Spectrum. I will be getting a few of these sets for my nephew who is autistic as I see it as a great way to work on communication with him. The Milky Way

The Milky Way system is a spiral galaxy consisting of over
400 billion stars , plus gas and dust arranged into three general components as shown to the left:

The Milky Way (a translation of the Latin Via Lactea, in turn derived from the Greek Γαλαξίας (Galaxias) sometimes referred to simply as "the Galaxy"), is a barred spiral galaxy that is part of the Local Group of galaxies. Although the Milky Way is one of billions of galaxies in the observable universe,[4] the Galaxy has special significance to humanity as it is the home galaxy of the planet Earth. The plane of the Milky Way galaxy is visible from Earth as a band of light in the night sky, and it is the appearance of this band of light which has inspired the name for our galaxy.

The halo - a roughly spherical distribution which contains the oldest stars in the Galaxy,

The nuclear bulge and Galactic Center.

The disk, which contains the majority of the stars, including the sun, and virtually all of the gas and dust

The Halo

The Halo consists of the oldest stars known, including about 146 Globular Clusters, believed to have been formed during the early formation of the Galaxy with ages of 10-15 billion years from their H-R Diagrams. The halo is also filled with a very diffuse, hot, highly-ionized gas. The very hot gas in the halo produces a gamma-ray halo.

Neither the full extent nor the mass of the halo is well known. Investigations of the gaseous halos of other spiral galaxies show that the gas in the halo extends much further than previously thought, out to hundreds of thousands of light years. Studies of the rotation of the Milky Way show that the halo dominates the mass of the galaxy, but the material is not visible, now called dark matter.

Nebula

Explanation: When stars form, pandemonium reigns. A textbook case is the star forming region NGC 2170. Visible above are red glowing emission nebulas of hydrogen, blue reflection nebulas of dust, dark absorption nebulas of dust, and the stars that formed from them. The first massive stars formed from the dense gas will emit energetic light and winds that erode, fragment, and sculpt their birthplace. And then they explode. The resulting morass is often as beautiful as it is complex. After tens of millions of years, the dust boils away, the gas gets swept away, and all that is left is a naked open cluster of stars.

New Photo of Swan Nebula Star Birth

Three dozen huge, hot baby stars burn brightly and reflect off of dust from collapsed stars in this ghostly photo of the Swan Nebula. New stars will be formed as the wind from the active star blows swirling shapes into the dust.

The Swan Nebula is also known as the Omega Nebula or the Lobster Nebula, and this star-forming region is around 5,500 light years from Earth and is one of the biggest in the Milky Way, stretching 15 light years across.

Comets

Comets have inspired dread, fear, and awe in many different cultures and societies around the world and throughout time. They have been branded with such titles as "the Harbinger of Doom" and "the Menace of the Universe."

They have been regarded both as omens of disaster and messengers of the gods. Why is it that comets are some of the most feared and venerated objects in the night sky? Why did so many cultures cringe at the sight of a comet?

When people living in ancient cultures looked up, comets were the most remarkable objects in the night sky. Comets were unlike any other object in the night sky. Whereas most celestial bodies travel across the skies at regular, predictable intervals, so regular that constellations could be mapped and predicted, comets' movements have always seemed very erratic and unpredictable. This led people in many cultures to believe that the gods dictated their motions and were sending them as a message.

What were the gods trying to say? Some cultures read the message by the images that they saw upon looking at the comet. For example, to some cultures the tail of the comet gave it the appearance of the head of a woman, with long flowing hair behind her. This sorrowful symbol of mourning was understood to mean the gods that had sent the comet to earth were displeased.

Others thought that the elongated comet looked like a fiery sword blazing across the night sky, a traditional sign of war and death. Such a message from the gods could only mean that their wrath would soon be unleashed onto the people of the land. Such ideas struck fear into those who saw comets dart across the sky. The likeness of the comet, though, was not the only thing that inspired fear.

Ancient cultural legends also played a hand in inspiring a terrible dread of these celestial nomads. The Roman prophecies, the "Sibylline Oracles," spoke of a "great conflagration from the sky, falling to earth," while the most ancient known mythology, the Babylonian "Epic of Gilgamesh," described fire, brimstone, and flood with the arrival of a comet.

Rabbi Moses Ben Nachman, a Jew living in Spain, wrote of God taking two stars from Khima and throwing them at the earth in order to begin the great flood. Yakut legend in ancient Mongolia called comets "the daughter of the devil," and warned of destruction, storm and frost, whenever she approaches the earth. Stories associating comets with such terrible imagery are at the base of so many cultures on Earth, and fuel a dread that followed comet sightings throughout history.

Comets' influence on cultures is not limited simply to tales of myth and legend, though. Comets throughout history have been blamed for some of history's darkest times. In Switzerland, Halley's Comet was blamed for earthquakes, illnesses, red rain, and even the births of two-headed animals.

The Romans recorded that a fiery comet marked the assassination of Julius Caesar, and another was blamed for the extreme bloodshed during the battle between Pompey and Caesar. In England, Halley's Comet was blamed for bringing the Black Death. The Incas, in South America, even record a comet having foreshadowed Francisco Pizarro's arrival just days before he brutally conquered them.

Comets and disaster became so intertwined that Pope Calixtus III even excommunicated Halley's Comet as an instrument of the devil, and a meteorite, from a comet, became enshrined as one of the most venerated objects in all of Islam. Were it not for a Chinese affinity for meticulous record keeping, a true understanding of comets may never have been reached.

Unlike their Western counterparts, Chinese astronomers kept extensive records on the appearances, paths, and disappearances of hundreds of comets. Extensive comet atlases have been found dating back to the Han Dynasty, which describe comets as "long-tailed pheasant stars" or "broom stars" and associate the different cometary forms with different disasters.

Although the Chinese also regarded comets as "vile stars," their extensive records allowed later astronomers to determine the true nature of comets.

Although most human beings no longer cringe at the sight of a comet, they still inspire fear everywhere around the globe, from Hollywood to doomsday cults. The United States even set up the Near Earth Asteroid Tracking (NEAT) program specifically to guard us from these "divine" dangers." However, although they were once regarded as omens of disaster, and messengers of the god(s), today a scientific approach has helped allay such concerns.

It is science and reason that has led the fight against this fear since the days of the ancients. It is science and reason that has emboldened the human spirit enough to venture out and journey to a comet. It is science and reason that will unlock the secrets that they hold.

If you have a dog or a cat, you have a pet mammal. Hamsters and gerbils are mammals too. And so are you! Of all the animals, only mammals feed their babies with milk from their body. Mammals are warm blooded. It may be very hot outside or freezing cold but the mammal's body temperature stays the same. Mammals also have fur or hair.
There are more than 800,000 kinds of insects and more than 30,000 kinds of fish, but there are only 5,000 kinds of mammals. Funny, we always seem to choose mammals for pets!
All mammals are born the same way and they all eat the same food when they are babies. Most mammal babies live inside their mothers before they are born and are joined by a tube. That tube gives the baby food and oxygen from the mother's body. The baby lives and grows and when its body is ready it comes out of the mother's body.
All of the other kinds of baby animals eat different sorts of things, but baby mammals only eat milk. No baby mammal ever eats anything else until it gets a bit bigger. Many kinds of mammal babies are weak and helpless for a long time. Kittens, puppies, mice and humans are all
born with weak legs and closed eyes.
A moose calf can walk after just a few days. A pronghorn antelope baby can run 25 miles an hour when it is only a day old! Some baby mammals are really small when they are born. A kangaroo is only about an inch long and they are called a "joey".It stays with it's mom until it's about eighteen months old, but after ten months, he's too big to get in the pouch. An opossum is smaller than a bee! These are the most helpless of the mammal babies. They live their first months in their mother's pouches. They don't move out of the pouch or even peek out of it. They just lay in there and drink milk and grow! Then for a few weeks or months, they'll play jack in the box games with their mothers. They spend part of the time outside the pouch and then when they get scared they'll run and get back in it! Opossum babies and koala
babies ride piggyback on their mothers.They stay with their moms until they are about a year old.
As baby mammals grow, they begin to get teeth. They learn how to bite, tear, gnaw and chew. So then they need more than just milk. They start eating leaves, grass, and some eat meat. Some babies have to be taught to eat grown-up food.A father wolf will bring a piece of meat to his pups and they will play with it for a little while. Then they discover that they like it and eat it.After that, they never drink milk again! Sounds like some kids I know!
When the baby mammals learn how to walk, oh what a sight!
When a baby hippo starts walking, it likes to try and get away from its mother, but she pushes him back behind her with her nose. She does this so that she can protect him. But, like all kids, he has to learn to stay there!
Seals learn how to swim by riding on their mothers' backs. Lion cubs learn to hunt, baby bears learn what berries they can eat and how to snatch fish out of streams. And they all learn by watching their mothers.
When the baby mammal gets nearly grown, and it has learned what to eat, how to get it and how to survive, then its mother may drive it away. Except humans, they let theirs come back! Now you see why some animals eat their young!
Mammals live all over the place. Some live in the hot, damp jungles; some in the hot, dry deserts; some live in dark caves and can fly, and some live in the ocean! From the coldest parts of the world to the hottest, if there's a place to live, mammals have moved in!

The Solar System

The Solar System is made up of the Sun, 9 planets, many other small rocky, metallic and icy objects and a lot of empty space.

The nine planets move around the Sun in paths called orbits. Moons, like our own Moon orbit most of the planets.

Nearest the Sun are the rocky planets (Mercury, Venus, Earth and Mars). Further away from the Sun are the gas giants.

Cool 2007 mixtape lists, everyone. It's inspiring and humbling to get glimpses into the myriad worlds of music out there. It's as though each of us is looking up at a sky stuffed with stars, inventing our own constellations.

With that in mind, let's get creative and sort of abstract here for a sec (I know y'all are up for this!).

If you had to pick your favorite songs or artists and relate them to each other, constellation-style, could you? (Bonus question: is that like what Pandora does?)

Constellations are grouped by the stars' relative locations, but that seems too limiting. For this little brain exercise, let's assume you can group them by any quality you can imagine.

What would be your first constellation? Which one would be the most necessary? Would you have an equivalent to Polaris, the North Star, to guide lost travelers etc? I would.

What names would you use?

Et cetera, et cetera. This week, the sky's the limit.
